Imprisonment as a method of political battle of Kaczynski brothers. Poland just one step to coup d’??tat?

And here we have imprisonments used as a method of political battle. Public prosecutor general and his agencies have just arrested former minister of justice and a former member of Kaczynskis’ party - Janusz Kaczmarek, who was accused of licking the confidential information, however it is clear that Kaczmarek has a lot of information about illegal activities of prime minister, public prosecutor general and their agencies against opposition and against party members to keep them loyal and mouth shoot in case of leaving the party. Opposition parties - a majority in the parliament - want to start a special commission, and want Kaczmarek to speak in the parliament (being a prime minister candidate of some opposition, a former junior coalition parties League Of Polish Families and Self-Defence), but political imprisonment will prevent it for sure. However, Kaczmarek has given evidence of possible crimes of Law and Justice party during the special interrogation in the front of special commission.

What does Kaczmarek know? It is possible that he knows about all the eavesdropping against all the opposition parties, and even junior parties in coalition with Law and Justice (Prawo i SprawiedliwoÒ?ñá), for sure he knows all the details about tragic failure of attempt to arrest Barbara Blida - former MP, who committed suicide during the arrest attempt. He has knowledge about the completely illegal activity of Anti corruption bureau against leader of Self-Defence party - Andrew Lepper, to frame him into the land corruption scandal. It is said that anti corruption bureau faked official papers and documents and faked the signature of local councillor in the north of Poland. He probably knows all the details and about the other illegal cases of party in rule.

Today’s morning another two people were arrested - former chief of Police - Kornatowski, and former chief of PZU (leading Polish insurance company) Netzel. All of them are former juniors of Kaczynski.

Kaczmarek and Kornatowski were to give evidence as a witnesses in the front of special commission to investigate activities of Special Services (Secret Services or whatever). It is a clear example of shutting witnesses’ mouth.
Where do we go from here? Are we about to coup d’??tat?

Evil and anti EU priest Rydzyk and 15 millions Euro from EU

Thanks to Polish far right government famous Polish evil, anti-Semitic, anti-EU priest Rydzyk is about to get 15 millions of EU funding granted by European Commission for his low quality university of media culture (65 place in the ranking of of 70 private universities) - a nest of anti-everything propaganda. The level of hypocrisy of that monster who spit straight into the God’s face has rose to the enormous level. He is against EU, but as usual he welcomes money, no matter where is the money from. Indeed that man has no God, no Pope nor beliefs, he has only lust of power, money and luxury.

Dear European commissioners, I hope you will prevent to send European money to support a man who spreads hate, racism and xenophobia using his Catholic radio and television (he is still a part of the Roman Church) and his school (so called university), the money collected among the many nations, religions and race.

If he needs more money, he can sell his Maybach.

Polish absurdity - We are all editors in chief

As one of the Polish leading newspapers - Rzeczpospolita - reported today, Polish Supreme Court judged that all websites including big professional web portals and small blogs conducted even by teenagers are the professional magazines or newspapers in the eye of Polish press law, and all of them have to be registered as a newspapers (if updated more than once a week) or magazine (if updated once a week or at least once a year), thus every Polish blogger who has his site on one of the Polish servers is automatically editor-in-chief of his or her own newspaper or magazine. If we don’t register we will face penalties (including imprisonment) or we will be fined. The decision of Polish Supreme Court can shock Polish Internet community, Polish blogosphere, forums, or owners and authors of every service. It can affect Polish community services. People for sure move to the services hosted abroad. Try imagine every Polish blogger going to the registry office to register its blog, forum, or website as a newspaper or magazine… it is possible only in Poland…

It is good opportunity for foreign hosting companies to prepare offer for Polish customers.

btw… call me editor-in-chief :)

Poland in fever of the forthcoming elections

The most possible date of the new elections in Poland is 21st of September hence election fever in Poland is rising. Of course the most loud and most often party and person seen in TV and press is PIS (Law and Justice) and prime minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski. Of course his Goebels like propaganda is showing Poland as a land of plenty, the heaven on earth that Poland has turned into, under the Kaczynski twins rule. He is proud or haughty and the party summit was like a commie or nazi party summit - with so many flags, pathetic marches music and the main topic - THE ENEMIES. Of course, for every totalitarian government the most important is the enemy, a real one or just an imagination. Someone who is accused of all of the mistakes (made by totalitarian state), or for everything else - even the bad weather during the summer (I am sure, that the old rusty moher beret ladies are blaming liberals for bad weather etc.). For Kaczynski brothers (with the possible inferiority complex to be the highest and the greatest), the main enemy is leader of the biggest opposition party - Donald Tusk (At least much taller than they are). They are accusing him of everything and of course of the lack of good will, and the coalition of Kaczynski with nazi-like Ligue of Polish Families (the members of the related youth organisation were caought on photos with hands in a nazi salute - Sieg Heil) and Salf-Defence - party full of people with court sentences and with some involved in corruption and sex scandals (including rapes, sexual harassment etc.). But Jaroslaw Kaczynski suffers from amnesia, since it was him who signed the coalition act with those two parties.

Further - Jaroslaw Kaczynski - counted what good happened to Poland under his rule. What is strange, all the achievements he mentioned, were completely in opposition to the reality.

Decreasing unemployment rate: it is fact indeed, but it is not due to him but due to the massive emigration to UK and Ireland. According to some sources from 1,5 to 2 million Poles have left Poland for the last couple of years. It is about 3 or 5% of whole population, so it is obvious that unemployment rate has decreased, and there is more vacancies. However, nobody wants to work for 150, 200 or 300 Euro / month while one can get 350 - 500 Euro / week in UK or Ireland.

Increasing founding the health care system: but why almost all Polish doctors and nurses are on strike and we face massive drain of the doctors from the hospitals, yet again they can easily get a much better job in the western Europe (not only in UK and Ireland)

Law and justice for all: we have now big affair and scandal - it is almost like a Watergate in US. Minister of Justice - Ziobro who is accused by former public prosecutor general of eavesdropping and spying all of the opposition leades and even members of the junior coalition parties and few members of the senior party in rule (including mobile phones, mails, e-mails, invigilating their families, gathering all the facts from their past). Public prosecutor dismissed accusations of insulting President of Poland and his wife done by the evil priest father Rydzyk. Barbara Blida - former MP of a few terms committed suicide during the attempt of arrest her made by a Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (finally she was not accused, there was no point to arrest her). Central Anti-Corruption Bureau was involved in the illegal provocation (including counterfeit of the signatures on the papers) or chasing one homeless who insulted President.

Better position of Poland in the Europe and World: it is the same old song of totalitarian regimes. I remember the propaganda of the communist regime during the rule of Edward Gierek. They claimed Poland to be the 10th world power. The same way Jaroslaw Kaczynski claims Poland is very important and powerful member of the EU. Yet again we have our greatest enemy brought back to life - Germany, even after 15 or more years of relatively peaceful relations. Of course we need the tough negotiator, to deal with Germany but there is no point to accuse Germany of all bad what is in Poland due to the WW2. We will never make friend with Germany with that attitude, and to be honest… it should be clear who is the master in that relations and it is not Poland.

Kaczynski brothers’ party has very simple and old ideology: if you are not with us, then you are against us. The ideology common for both nazi, facists and communist regimes. And in fact - if you don’t believe in 4th Republic (IV Rzeczpospolita) you are surely against Poland, and probably you are not Polish at all (Jew, Gay, German spy, but for sure puppet in the hands of the enemies of Poland). It seems then, the number of the real Poles is relatively small. That is the Kaczynski brothers achievement for sure :)

There is an old rumour about the dictators, that they were always against something what was part of them. There is a rumour that Hitler was a Jew (or at least had a Jewish blood), Castro was brought up by the catholic monks in the catholic school (which is fact), and there is a joke (told on the stage of the big independent festival by the one famous Polish rockman) about Polish prime minister - Jaroslaw Kaczynski: Polish prime minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski wants to get married, but unfortunately those kind of marriages are banned in Poland.

Dell - Lodz

About 9 months ago there was a lot of news about new Dell factory in Lodz, and shifting part of production and staff from Limerick to Lodz. It seems that Dell factory is being build quite fast, since for last 2 months on some Polish in Ireland forums I have noticed some questions from Irish technicians who were going to work in Lodz in new Dell branch. Meanwhile, at present in Lodz there is plenty of advertisements of Dell. The factory is looking for workers. Some of newly employed people were sent to Ireland for some training and to learn how to put together laptops or desktops. Here is one of the adverts: we are looking for employees in the production department (…) experience is not required.

I wish them good luck, both Dell and new employees in the new factory in my home city.
