Hi sent you a email yesterday not sure if you got it was wondering about one of your photo's on your blog the old cemmtary has a pic of headstone with Miller family on is there any chance you took down the details as there is a possibility that this could be my great-great grandparents. I know this is and odd request but I am in England and hopefully will be over next year to do some research. Kind Regards Lorraine Smith

This is such a unique and interesting blog. Sadly, I have never lived in, nor visited either Poland or Ireland ... nor have I personally known anyone who has. So, I know only what the schools and media in my country (USA) have to say about them ... which is only an outsider's brief look from an outsider's un-informed and inexperienced viewpoint.

To have the opportunity to learn about the Polish/Irish culture/viewpoint through the words of someone who actually lives (or lived) there ... is intriguing.

I would love to hear more. I would also love to hear about your archeology ... what you study ... what you can tell us about the past ... and what you can tell us about how that past relates to, and shapes, Ireland and the Polish immigrants living in it today.

I'm very glad I discovered your blog! Thank you for creating it. I look forward to reading more!
